    The thing is that Rapidshare is known as a place which promotes warez and copyright infringement and it is IMHO not something which Google takes kindly to.

    If you still want to try, contact Google directly and ask them. They have the final word.

    I have seen quite a few sites like this which are monetized by adsense, that means they might be at risk.

    i think its not..

    before RS themselves used to have adsense ads on them, then later they removed it..or i think google told them its violating TOS, even though RS and many other sites basically say in their site's TOS warez uploads are not allowed, these sites are like beehive for warez and nulled scripts..

    so google might feel that the ads dont suit the site..

    Well I think the best option is to contact Google directly and they would surely let you know a feasible answer.
