Is adsense allowed on digg-cloned websites?

    Hi Friends,
    I would like to know if we can use adsense on digg clone websites. I have checked couple of websites but none of them are using adsense:

    www.humsurfer.com
    www.indianpad.com
    etc

    So, I wonder is it against google adsense policies?? It could be because the links posted by users sometimes contains copyrighted material.

    Can anyone pls shed some light...

    Then check the first digg clone - digg.com :D
    Sure its allowed on a sites on legals topics. But I think you need to control user submitted content yourself.
