Should I be looking into setting up AdSense based sites, what with Google playing about with the returns. I hear that you have got to find other income streams to compliment AdSense. What your view guys?
Adsense is definitely not someting of the past. They make way to much money off of it. Another post in this catagory states a statement from Google saying that they are coming out with an Ad Review Center. Allowing you to kick deadbeat ads off your site for better paying ones. That alone shows Google's commentment to the publishers. Whats best for the publisher is best for Google. On the same note, developing multiple streams of income is always a good idea. Some compliment themselves on the same site, others you want to develop different sites. Read DP, build sites, play with ad companies, and always always CONTENT CONTENT CONTENT. No content, no traffic, no money. It doesn't matter who you use if you have no traffic.
Theres no past ...... Anyway adsense + other thing can be a more efficient And keap in mind traffic = $$$$ Regards
Adsense and affiliates - YES! Creating a network of different revenue streams protects you from the ups and downs of any one source. Adsense will be here tomorrow and the day after, but what it will pay you will vary. My December's first two weeks revenue from Adsense is down $2/day, but my Clickbank, Amazon and BANS revenue is up about $7.85/day. The bottom line is to diversify.
