First of all there is no alternative to adsense, although there are lot of networks that pay higher then adsense. I am using adnow for a week, there support is very good, but my the are not properly counting my impressions and clicks, my site showing 40 clicks and 12,000 adnow impressions, while adnow showing only 6,000 impressions. However, it was 9,000 last night. (I'm not using any bot or fake traffic all visitors are from USA,UK,Canada and my balance is still 1.1. I used adsoptimal as well, but they are not paying, i wasted my time and money.

 

if the referral data is not available they dont count clicks and gives it as free traffic to advertiser .
they need to learn about dark social referrals and if your site doesnt have ssl and linked to a ssl enabled site they dont sent referral data
it will be counted as direct traffic by analytics , looks like adnow has the same problem .

I guess they would fix it some day

That's a lil bit hard to figure out...It's possible that his traffic might be one of the actual cause of the delay..
