Is adcenter stop approving more applications ?

    Hello every one,..

    I have already apply for microsoft Adcenter program two thee times. But I never forwarded back any time.

    My question is that is microsoft stop approving any more application for their program, or any else reason you know, please share your experience here.

    If you have applied as a publisher, Bing is very strict. They have so many requirements before you get approved?
