Is a Video Scraper Like this Allowed with Google?

The script in the link below is a video scraper which takes videos from utube based on the keywords you use, you also insert your adsense code in 3 different parts so you basically have your own video site based on the keywords you use.

I am wondering if google would be ok with this? or is this in some way not allowed?

Ok but all videos on utube have an embed code? so what's the difference from embedding each one or using this script?

 

Whatever you embed it is not your original content. Such page has no content except embedded videos.

Well it was on my mind that's why I asked.

It pulls up popular videos from utube which I could just embed anyway, the advertising was all google adsense as well. But if it isn't legit like funa said I won't touch it.

 

The terms state any automatic updating sites are not allowed this would be one of those sites in my mind.
