is a table of content -duplicate content

    i would like to post tables of content on some of my pages.
    lets say each cell has 2 words and there are 5 cells and 5 lines.
    If i copy such table as is from one of my sites to another, will that be duplicate content?

    and how many total pages or words in your new site that are original ??

    Even the Table is original - i just dont know if to paste it in all my sites.
    I understand from your question that if only one pharagraph of content is Dup then its OK. right?
