Is a PR4 worth 250 a year?

I inquired a couple of weeks ago about some link placement in a PR4 page for one of my sites. The site owner tells me that he charges 250 a year.

this page has 14 links already. All niche related links btw.

    Is that price reasonable?

I got a few PR 4 sites if someone wants to pay that kind of $$ for links lol. With directory submits and profile links a PR4 is possible in 2-3 months.

Too expansive, unless it's a very narrow niche and sitewide links on a large site. You can knock a site to PR 4 within 6 months easily, don't buy links, build links yourself, cheaper that way.

I agree, its just too much money! I don't really pay money for links on this way, but good luck with it ;) i mean... if you are sure that you can make many thousands $$ per year coming from these links, or these links are sure helping you will a very good year income then it would be ok ;)

    Definitely too expensive....

But it does depend on where this link is going to be placed and what kind of unique traffic the website receives.

Saying you to Take or Not to Take the deal just knowing the PR of the website is ridiculous. It depends in the website that links to you, like unique visitors, if it is an authority domain, website backlinks, content, etc.

There are excellent PR4 websites and also awful ones, you have to take your time to see if that link is worth the $250 per year not just looking at the PR but analyzing the website as a whole.

    Regards.

This forum has a PR4 and all you have to do is discuss thing you like to talk about for free.

    Hello,

With this price, I would rather buy some links on some high traffic websites rather than a high pagerank website. I know some websites with very high traffic have only a PR2 while some PR4 websites have only a little traffic.

    Best regards

    Alex

dont buy any PR links. build relevant contextual links instead. PR links will not help you rank any higher on google, its just another backlink, thats all. those days of higher PR the better ranking are long gone. invest the money in link building that will help your site rank higher. paying for PR links means you will have to keep paying forever. if you build permanent backlinks, they stay forever.

I feel this is quite expensive. Moreover you have said that this website have 14 outbound links. It is wuite difficult to get benefit for this much amount. I can give you PR 4 link for half the price ;)

If you get links from dedicated pages, with relevant content and PR site, no dropped history and no black SEO marks- cool price
Of its banner farm, general info site with 100 visitors a month - bad price

If any in between - for you as the buyer to check.
We are working with large check list, before we buy any links for our customers.

    All the best

I'm just curious as I don't intend on buying any links. How can one tell how much traffic a site gets?

If you plan to sell PR4 backlink from your homepage with price $250 / year. I could tell you that it's very expensive. Make it down

Without knowing the traffic you'll receive and whether the site's is on your niche or not.. I won't say anything.. But if no traffic guarantee is their then its definitely so cheap..
