Is a Pr 7 seo website worth to buy?

    normally you sell a website with the profits x 3 years, so if the minimum profit is 5 000 x 36 months with out to ingrease more the profit is worth at least 55 000, i am very positive for the site, thanks ketset!

    Yes, its not so hard, but 4000 unigue domains, and page authority 87 from 100 i think is very good, i have check the site in opensiteexplorer.org

    Yes, do you know why he is selling the site?

    The price is very high, but could be worth the investment in the long run.

    It's pretty much up to you to do your research because if you cant trust him, are you going to trust the opinion of someone on a forum that you don't know either?

    For all you know we could all be 13 year old kids! Haha
