Is a PR 3 link worth $10 per month ?

I have www.007fan.com and www.freewebs.com/billygarraty which are both PR3 niche sites plus I have a real estate site currently PR2 but soon to be PR3 in the next update www.simply-properties.net I would like to start getting some revenue from these sites so that I can buy links for either these or other sites of mine. What would say is the going rate for the above sites ?

    Thanks - JB

$10 a month should be a good start.

$10 is not ex. But do you guys know that recently Google has a BIG shake-up on its PR algorithm?

Many high PR sites are now -2 or -3.

    i.e. from PR6 to PR4.

This seems like Google want to stop all these paid links acts. :)

The PR alone wont get you the prices that you want

Sorry but the way they are right now I would note (personally) pay more than $2/month

The sites that are hosted on the freewebs I would not pay for them at all

You might consider building some pages on them with nice and unique content, do some free promotion here
and here and then start selling

If it is topic related, has good traffic, and the link is placed well it is worth that amount.

I don't place much value in links period. I don't think google does either any more when ranking sites, you need a natural feel to have an impact in Google, a link in a Blog Post is more valuable, I think you need descriptive text along with your links.

I would also stay clear of openly promoting the site name you are planning to sell links on ;)
