I'm working on a website, PTC, and I was wondering if it is legal, I do not know whether you need to see the laws of Spain, so if anyone can tell me how far it is legal, does not want for anything that is scam, I hope online website last as long as possible, but I want to be clear, if this is legal, or if I have to pay something to the state.

Thank a lot for your help, I would also like to know, I have been told that the drawings, in which people can lose money, are illegal, my idea was that every user has freedom to bet € 1, and to get 100 € (each user would put 1€ and only 1 win). Ami seems to me that it is 100% legal because it is random and not about the web at all, but I think it is illegal, and if so, I would "evade" in some way, either virtual money or paying 1 € get any nonsense from the web, but you enter the draw, which is important.

Thank you very much in advance and forgive me for the spelling mistakes! :D

In my opinion every transaction, action and reaction that belongs to the internet belongs to the internet. If you get me.
I think that you can do whatever you wish on the internet as long as you're not trying to scam anybody.
But of course, every law differs in each country.

So my advice is if you are unsure talk to your city representatives, send mails with questions - somebody's gotta answer it.

But what would I do on your place? I'd just go for it without asking any permission ( knowing the fact that it is not in my intersted to scam anyone ).

    Cheers!

Thank you very much for answering! I'll try to contact to any city representative, I hope to get lucky :p

I hope not to have legal problems, because that would be the only thing that would lead me to close it.

I will not make scam, that's just making a decision that an owner who will keep a bad road, I will try to take as straight as possible, and so I ask this, because I have neither the slightest problem , and if I'm going to have to know, be prepared for whatever comes, that's really what I think it will make remains active.

    thx!

You want to offer solo ads. It's possible but you need to have good sites for that! Competition is big and you will need to brand yourself at start so you can earn credibility.
