Is a list of 5000 free directories sellable?

I have a list of 7000 free directories,though i havnt checked they all work so i would sell it as 5000,but its just in an unorganized text file.Is it even sellable here?If so how much?

If you haven't checked all of them, then how do you know even if 1000 out of them are actually free and alive?

It would be worth something if you are 100% sure all of them are free and the file is organized with PR.

I'll be doing through each one semi-manually to organize and weed out the non-working ones for him. I'll post the completed status when i'm done.

I wouldn't pay, I saw someone give out a list of 2500 free directories the other day, and there's a lot of other sites like Directory Critic and AddUrl to get them fom

No. There's a similar thread every week, posting a list of several thousand free directories.

Such lists are useless, because a lot of the directories listed are either down, require a reciprocal, or have turned paid. The ones that haven't are mostly listed already in popular free directory lists such as info.vilesilencer.

Now, if you have a list that's been checked this week, categorised by niche, and all the directories are still free and useful, that may be a different matter. But it would be a lot of work for a small market.

Sure but I don't think many people will pay for a list when there are so many available for free.
