    Not the all time.
    Some time you choose a wrong friend and belief on him.
    I do this once in my whole life and after that never face it again. I change my thinking about choosing my friends.

    of course it is. if your firend will not help you when you need then, just dont call that person a friend. (but you must and a good reason for them to help as well.)
