Is a contact form necessary?

    Part of the Google guidelines for Adsense reads:

    Site Responsiveness

    Sites must respond adequately to support requests and enquiries of their users.

    I guess that means that there must be some way to contact the site owner - an email address or contact form.

    But it seems that there's lots of Adsense sites that don't have any contact info.

    What do you think - do I have to include a contact form on a site with Adsense? I've been getting loads of span through my contact form and would like to disable it.

    IMO, contact forms should always be there. You can add a captcha code check to prevent spam, if thats a big concern for you. If you dont want to have a contact form, the least you should do is to make a 'Contact' page with an email address where people can contact you easily.

    You created this script just for me? I'm touched :)

    I actually came across this script just after posting my message and it's a very nice contact form - so I thank you very much.

    There is one error though - if you disable file uploads the submit button disappears, so you have to move line 220:

    <?php } ?>

    up to line 214 and all goes well.

    Thanks again!
