Is a Commission Junction 728x90 banner ad OK on same page as Adsense?

    Commission Junction has 728x90 image banner ads that are the same size as Adsense 728x90 Image Ads and 728x90 referral ads. Commission Junction is not a PPC program, so I need to know if it is against Adsense TOS to have the Commission Junction 728x90 image banner on the same page as an Adsense 728x90 ad?????????

    Help!

    Totally fine, it's not a contextual ad.

    You can use other ads with adsense as long as other don't look similar to adsense ads.

    This is from Adsense Program Policies:

    Competitive Ads and Services

    In order to prevent user confusion, we do not permit Google ads or search boxes to be published on websites that also contain other ads or services formatted to use the same layout and colors as the Google ads or search boxes on that site. Although you may sell ads directly on your site, it is your responsibility to ensure these ads cannot be confused with Google ads.
