I'd like to create a site similar to http://www.crazyex.biz/story_main.php where people will submit their crazy ex stories. Is a CMS the right vehicle for this type of site? If so, which one? I've used Wordpress and Joomla but have trouble thinking outside the box. Any bids on setting up the site are welcome via PM.
