Blog looks nice I like the theme but it's not related to your niche actually. Tell me your keyowrd and I will tell you if it's profitable or not..

Use Google keywords analyzer tool. It will give you good idea about cpc.

 

I think you will get better earnings by selling ebooks or related products. This niche is not exactly good for Adsense, since you exclude nearly all the women with a bodybuilding niche.

it can be good, depends on the ad really, you'll need alot more content though so get writing. Get some bodybuilding affiliates also.

its not good if youre only selling with that numbers... and its a pretty competitive keyword

the keyword natural bodybuilding tips (do not separate bodybuilding as body building ) has some good traffic if you blog around this phrase seriously...Do not forget to Bold the keyword everytime they appearc in the blog posts...
