Is a B2B website is too late to develop ?

I have a business forum and business directory website but it seems I cannot earn money though It has good alex rank.

I want to buy software to develop a B2B website just like alibaba. My question is:

Is it too late to begin a B2B website ?

No mate you are not late! lolzz! you just need a good start. developing a website is not that much difficult but market that website is quite difficult one. You need perfect strategy.

Never too late...B2B is a good market to be in because when the economy is tough business owners are looking for help.

The most important thing to remember is you must provide quality content so they will return again and again.

What does your site offer visitors?

Can they leave reviews of business products you offer?

Do you have several categories of featured listings?

It never too late if you start now. If you continue refuse to start then you will be too late and even late.
Start now so atleast you won't regret what you miss out.
You got good alexa ranking that mean they must be some way you can earn money from. Try blog as well and not only forum.
