Is 65$ a good price for a PR 3 games site?

I run Playonlinegames.co.in which gets 30000 hit's monthly.

I got a BIN offer of 65$, is that a good price? I am not sure if it is, but I have no idea about the price that a PR 3 site with 30000 hits will get.

what about unique visitor a day?
You have only 17 files on your site. You can increase visitor if you have more games and then you can sell it higher.
I think $65 for this site not good and not bad.

 

I get monthly uniques of 1500.

 

I think that price is a bit low for a site with 50 uniques a day. I think it can still go for $100.
