$40,000 monthly income is possible because many top websites (even those which only provide content) make much more than that. But they do have one thing, and that is millions and millions of unique monthly visitors and tens of millions of page view. These sites not only earn from adsens ebecause they also earn from cPM and banner advertising with their top advertsers.

 

It is possible to make $40,000 per month with AdSense....in 2006, DP was doing over $15,000. Its now 3 years later, he probably doing over $30,000 per month. check this link to see what others are making monthly..

Ads placement must be good to earn that much...

This topic is a joke. Almost everyone saying "of course is possible" and bla bla bla.

Most of us barely earn $200 per month. Ok, may be possible but the most experienced people with adsense knows how much hard is to make this huge amount of money.

It is fully possible to earn way over $40k a month with AdSense.
however it mainly comes down to these things:
1. Your marketing skills.
2. Having an original idea.
3. Targeting the right keywords.
4. Maximizing the ads performance by running several tests.
5. Driving tons of targeted traffic, mainly through SEO.

 

Well, if I was nearing $40k/month, I'd have a mix of ad networks to use - that way adsense isn't the main earner.

everything is possible in this world but what's more important to know is how they did it?
without knowing the "how to" i can't say how useful these kinda posts are.

 

Working hard many hours per day during many years, and there is still a big chance to not make huge money.

Look at Facebook They might not use Adsense, but they make a heck of a lot more than that from advertising. But yeah it's definiitly possible. However, I would avoid sites trying to sell you guides that offer tips or ways to make that kind of money. Typically they're full of poo and just trying to get your money.

 

Yep, it's possible earn evern more than $40k per month. If facebook used adsense they probably would earn millions per month.

The question is, are you able to make a site with unlimited content and tons of traffic?

1-How many daily visitors?
2-niche of your site.
3-Where are the vistors came from? UK or USA

 

Almost impossible to get tons of traffic to make these huge earnings without spending fortunes on advertising.

If I was already rich enough to spend a fortune on a project/marketing, I could easily make $40k per month with adsense... ha ha ha
