Is 320 backlinks good?

I checked how many backlinks I have and it is 320, is this good?

 

It's not talking much for us know because important is pr of backlinks link to your site. If they are good , quality , that's mean it's good.
But, nothing is enough, more is good. Keep it up

 

It would all depend on age of site, quality of links, etc.

 

It also depends on the anchor text of the links, especially in comparison the the keywords you are targeting, as well as how many backlinks your competitors have.

 

It really depends on the text of the link and what PR those pages are. If they are links from forum sigs, it won't work.

 

If you are not getting the traffic that you are expecting, then no, it is not good enough.

 

320 is not bad but more important is that the backlinks is good enough like High PR or not.

 

If backlinking and SEO is currently your full time job, than no. That is horrible.


If it is just a part time job, its still not great..

If its just a hobby, than its good!

Whether or not you think it is good, just keep getting more! You will be able to tell if it is good or not via traffic and keyword rankings, instead of asking

 

I personally believe that no. of backlinks is not important but the quality and PR of backlinks is the only thing that matters.

 

Nothing is adequate in case of link building.320 backlinks are good if the keyword you are targetting brings your site in top 10 Google results defeating all your competitors.

But as the link building is a volatile process.Your competitors also makes back links .You always have to build link again and again to retain falling of SERP.

One more think every links matter.But always try to build quality links.

 

Forum signature also plays role in link building.


Join as many as forums(which allow signature ).Post few posts on every forum and Do not change your forum signature(containing link of your site) in forums. They will remain fix and contribute a lot in your link building process .

 

When it comes to backlinks quality is much more important than quantity.

Although 320 backlinks isn't really that much.

 

Quality is more important than quantity. Cant really judge on the quantity of the backlink
1 PR10 backlink is better than 320PR0 backlink

 

its a start keep it up try to get higher page ranked sites to give you a backlinks. you then will be on your way to the top.

 

320 is not a bad number. But you need to see how many quality links you have got? and what is the competition. if your competitor has got 600 links with good quality more than you then obviously 320 is not enough. So you quality is more important than quantity.

It depends on your industry competition and other factors like age, quality etc.

It's not only the number of backlinks. It their pagerank, the number of outgoing links that they have, the anchor text that poin to your site, the how relative they are to your page, the place of the link and much more... Believe me it's not that simple...

 

Hello man. I think it's good, but more is better, but the pagerank of the sites are very important too. There are much better to get sites with pr 3 and 4 than pages with pr 1. Keep up the work, and get some sites with high pagerank, and you will do good.


And btw just a question, maybe a stupid one. Where do I check how many backlinks I have? Sorry, but I am a newbeginner. Maybe a stupid question, but I am a newbeginner as I said.
