Is 2273 visits good?

I was my first month and I got 2273 visits. That is about 75 people per day. Is that an ok start for a new site?

 

That's fantastic imho. I have a year old site only getting about 20 visitors a day.

 

That depends on the site's niche and the source of traffic..

 

IMO its all about the quality of your traffic...I have had one of my blogs since last october and im only getting about 430 uniques a day...so it just really depends on the kind of traffic, because most of that is just digg traffic for me which doesnt convert as well...

 

Same here, I need to do a little SEO. Digg will get you people.

 

I have one word fpr you : SEO

And for me that's low ..... but being in first month is ok (i usualy wait like 3 months to see some great results)

 

sorry man but thats too low .. not to me only to all sites .. a new site should be at least 1000 - 2000 visit / day and its easy to do and with no need to pay a single dime so look for how to make traffic .. and good luck

 

I understand that you have obviously done better than this person, but he has done better than I was able to when I first started out and 6 months later im making a living off of my blogs...so it might not seem like much but if you continue to write great content and original content then you should not have a problem getting your site out there...Even if you dont create thousands of backlinks all a site needs is time and lots of great updates and you should see it getting better and better

 

I feel envious...Of course it's good...I have 20 visitors a day...I write an article a day...on my blog...

it's good for a start but how long do they stay at your site? and how much pages view per visit?

 

If you want to make some good money, then I guess you need a lot more traffic.
