For the buying site it is but not for his site, and it will not effect his site if he adds a nofollow in his link rel attribute. BTW I use to live in Lakeland, FL, I miss it so much.

No not at all... I currently charge $10 per month on a PR3 site of mine...

Actually, that is a lot cheaper than what should be charged... Look for at least $10 per month or even $20 per month if you can get it.

In my opinion, $ 15/month looks a bit pricey... while $ 20 for a year is damn very cheap! You can easily double your offer for 1 year period and still get lot many offers! :)

So you're saying G's TOS doesn't allow website owners to sell links? SO is G trying to control individual websites and what their owners do with their websites? THAT'S SCARY

I don't understand how a website "he" bought, uploaded, and maintains, has anything to do with G's TOS, unless he's running Adsense or something. I know they don't like companies like TextLinkAds and such but is it going to far?

Does anyone know more about this?

You're not charging enough. You should charge more.

    I've seen $15/month on PR3 as a standard.

Yes, if anything it's too little.

However, you are better off lowering the price and be able to pick and choose who you're linking to relevancy of outgoing links is something that google takes into account, and if your rv blog is linking to a teeth whitening site, 1) it may confuse google as to what your site is about, and 2) if the website buying the link is linking to SPAM, then google may devalue your PR

Yeah dude, but if you're from a country where 50 bucks can buy $500 worth of merchandise and products in the USA or Western Europe, it certainly would be worth it, right? I mean, imagine putting up 4 links and making $2,000. That would be great! haha

But in all seriousness, I think 1 or 2 links are harmless. It's those people with 25 random links in their footers who get penalized.

I agree, $20/year is a very reasonable. I would put like $50/year at least. Now if you sold 10 links (10 OBL seems alright) you would get $500/year from your blog.

It is not too much yar. You are asking too low. You can sell for $5 per month or $50 per year.
I am selling for $30 per year for my PR2 site.

I also think $20 per year is too low, especially for the ranks you said in SERP.
