    I was waiting for response from support team but no response from the for a long time.

    Do you know any other good banners traffic exchange?

    I don't think 1800banners is a scam, but I don't like their banner display method, which keep on refreshing banners on your web page, now I am using bucketsofbanners, you can check it out.
