I feel like I am getting an irrelevant traffic from these sites, and I just want to confirm it?
When I tried visiting the sites, it just redirect me on a different site. I don't know why I am getting traffic from these when I don't even remember any engagement from it. Please help. Will my site get a negative impact from it?

This looks strange.. But it could be a PHP script that change the headers (a section that tells such programs like Analytics where exactly the visitors come from!). I would ignore this traffic as it's not real at all! ;)

I know I can filter it but can I prevent the traffic coming from it? I mean make it stop? Is there a way??

I'm having the same problem as well, and somehow, my website is a big hit in Russia and India for no apparent reason (it's a magazine, actually) despite targeting an American audience. It sucks really, and please, don't click on them again: they are unscrupulous websites and may inject malware into your device.

Its more of an annoyance than trouble: it's only role is to throw off your Google Analytics which sucks if you're doing SEO and reports for your clients. As for your site getting a negative impact, it's all about the bounce rate.

As for getting rid of it, I recommend checking this well written piece out.

    It's from Moz.com, so it's legit.
