Irrelevant ads are being displayed

I don't know whats going on... but irrelevant ads like IP Locator and IP address ads are being displayed instead of relevant drug addiction ads.

Actually, relevant ads were being displayed till yesterday, but today it seems to pose some major problems.

Can someone help me out?

All content have high keyword density and I've also done section targeting when the site was first put up. Why is this happening? more suggestions?

 

Remove your site from being aimed for placement targeting. You have to email google to turn it off for you.
