    $30 is still a big amount for scammers.Check this thread, here a guy buys a VCC and then after getting verified he charges back with same VCC.All that for $5-$6.This shows how cheap scammers r.

    Right. If not have screen, at least Post Something to make Us believe he scammed. Like PM, YM Conversation Log ...

    Dont Report Someone As A Scammer Unless You Have Proof. It does not work this way : "Post a thread reporting a scammer then Run Away lol "

    Plenty of noise, no substance.. Show some evidence.. Thats what bothers me most about these so-and-so is a scammer threads. Its not only giving the user, who may possibly have done nothing wrong a bad name, Its showing DP in a bad light..

    If he is a scamer show us some proof..
