I'm looking for an IRCd which has the following feature: The software should allow nickname registration (nickserv), but also to limit the users who can be opped in a channel to those who have been enabled by an IRCop before. Is there any IRCd that has this feature? Some assholes are currently playing some chidish nerd games on the channel of my forums, so something like this would avoid a lot of trouble.
