    of course they claim that, but so does ever other mad moolah who is housed in gitmo....they see it as a way of "punishing" the americans, while all the time trying to make themselves look good....they only ones they are fooling is stupid libs who actually believe the mad moolahs.

    His release was the obvious cost for the release of the British Sailors & Marines.

    15 troops for one 'diplomat' - one must consider that he was a special kind of 'diplomat' - i.e. spy - if a spy of course he was being tortured and must have been releasing information - hence why the Iranians were so desperate to get him back.

    then we really need to look at the religions of the world and see which one(s) are causing the most harm, then do something about it rather than appeasing all the time.
