Three Americans ( a country practically in war with Iran through different sanctions) entered illegaly to Iran. 1) They were arrested 2) They were provided with lawyers and contact to the embassy representing their country 3) They were not tortured 4) They were convicted of the crime in the court 5) They were offered bail and possibility to leave Many people (over 500) were kidnapped in different part of the world because USA assumed they can be terrorists 1) They were put in secret prison or Guantanamo bay 2) They were tortured to the point that some decided to end their life or were killed under torture 3) They were not offered lawyers, contact with their embassies 4) They don´t have access to court system and are not convicted of any crime 5) They are still incarcerated after 8-9 years and don´t know what is going to happen. Let´s not kid ourself about who is really defiant of international laws and human rights.

I see the reality, you see Hollywood movies, there is a big difference.
