You will never win a war you call war on terror, you just generate more people you call terrorists. Because you kill their families, bomb their cities, rape their girls, torture your prisoners and you occupy their countries in the name of freedom and democracy
That is a vicious circle you won't stop with military actions, you should rather ask yourself why someone becomes a terrorist.
Just imagine another country occupies yours, what would you do in that situation?

I have more or less quit with d16man because all his posts are basically the same:

a) always thinks he's right
b) mirrors his idol GTechs posts
c) accuses everyone of not supporting his thoughts a terrorist supporter (as does GTech, all the time)
d) is too much of a staunch republican for his own good as it is beginning to become an obsession defending Bush and that is one of the most difficult things to do looking at how since 2001 Bush has almost single handedly managed to fuck the entire Middle East up (and of course it will get even worse when he attacks Iran.)

It's getting very tedious. Just because someone is against Bush or that psychopath Cheney or against the "war on terror" (whatever the fuck that means) doesn't make them a terrorist supporter.

 

Look up what terrorism means and you'll see it's almost what US's doing in Iraq. So whoever supports Bush is actually supporting terrorism.

This war is being won and will be won over and over again... it's a never-ending war at this point in which winning is simply keeping them from organizing attacks. In war, you need soldiers. On their side, they need suicide bombers. This is why it "generates" terrorists. It's like a mafia draft. It's bound to happen, but it's better than them organizing more large plots like 9/11. Also, we may not even be "generating" more terrorists. They are likely just "coming out" since we engaged them... not taking their time... etc. This IS a real and viable enemy we need to fight with great care and KNOW that there is always still a threat.

Let me rephrase this for you... I'm sure this is how you MEANT it to read:

"Because you kill the terrorists and their shields, bomb their particular installations, ... and overthrow dictators that threaten us or our allies in the name of freedom and democracy"

The "rape their girls" and "torture their prisoners" part I neglected to re-write, because the implementation in the sentence is wrong. We do not endorse that type of activity... but it happens, and those who participate in that type of act are justly prosecuted and indicted and put in jail under due process of the best law system in the world.

I'd fight 'em... but I would target their soldiers. Not their civilians.
