I don't see how we cannot anticipate a war. Iran is sending its own flotilla with voluntary marines into the Mediterranean Sea while ignoring UN guidelines. http://www.theworldsprophecy.com/ahmadinejad-zionists-are-not-jews/
Israel couldn't handle Hezbollah few years ago... Only what they can do is to bomb, bomb and more bomb. Nothing else.
Well! I don't wanna see another War! as it will create more crisis in middle east... Not a right strategic move from Iran as the position of Iran is not strong. Every country has voted against them in UN they should play some mind games.
Nightcrawlers, you may not believe me when I say this, but it makes me happy when I can agree with you 100% like I do with what you just wrote (I'm hoping you weren't implying Iran should wait until they are stronger). A major contributing factor to the type of insanity coming out of Iran is this type of leadership.
I wonder how they can be stronger after so many sanctions! Still it will be biggest idiotic and stupid decision to go in War against Israel. It will create more problems for them, even if Muslim countries support Iran and I just cannot imagine the whole scenario! Already literacy rates and economic conditions are worst in Muslim countries.
I don’t think thousands of dead Hezbollah and their families share your opinion Well, they can push Gaza into the See if that’s going to make you feel any better fastreplies
Nah, there where a millions of dead Hezbollah... Source of your claim? Anyway, Israel failed to acommplish anything in that war. They failed to stop rockets, they failed to reach Litani river, they failed to recover bodies of their soldeirs. All in all: failure. They can't do that.
Wrong, they can but they won't for the same reason they didn't end up that war in Beirut, simply because prostitutes in American Government are playing Middle East OIL politics and won't let them do that. Other than that, you will be surprised what a couple of dozens bulldozers can do overnight. fastreplies
Israel can bring Syria, Lebanon, Turkey and Iran back to the stone age in one day. How can we easily do that? Bombing strategic locations that the local population has dependency on. Saying "they can't" like a 12 years old without providing any logical explanations won't make it Truth kid, just like all your other ridiculous claims in this forum.
Wrong. The outcome of the war is: 1) Most important: Since 2006, the Israel-Lebanon border is the most quiet since the establishment of the state of Israel. zero incidents for 4 years. Unprecedented in the history of the state of Israel. This was the goal of the war. This is the goal in all our wars and operations, to live peacefully. 2) Nasrallah said that his provocation to which Israel responded starting the war was: "a mistake". http://edition.cnn.com/2006/WORLD/meast/08/27/mideast.nasrallah/index.html 3) Before the 2006 "war", Hezbollah forces patrolled the border and could open fire on IDF anytime. Now they are 40km away from the border, guarded by Italian UN troops - watching their sorry terrorist asses closely. 4) 700-1,000 terrorists dead, about 12% of the fighting force of the Hezbollah. A huge blow that will take years to recover (recruit, retrain in Iran and Afghanistan, your friend countries). 5) Hezbollah gave up (in the short run, of course) the idea to attack Israel again, and decided to join the local politics. They are now part of the government: and this limits their ability to strike. 6) Hezbollah's popular support reduced considerably, another factor behind 5). Tensions between Christians and Muslims rise. I guess you hate the Christians of Lebanon, because they actually don't hate the Jews, and have to suffer because of the brutality and backwardness of the their Muslim countrymen - America is proud of you. 7) Hezbollah's secret long range missiles (zelzal) destroyed due to good intelligence. A great blow for them during the "war". 8) Hezbollah's chair Nasrallah is living like a rat in a bunker ever since the war. more? *aahhhhm*. remind me not to recommend you as a middle east analyst... or... any kind of analyst of anything... well.... ok. maybe for "the onion"
I dont know what to say ...... thats one hell of a response and I would hate to have to answer back to it
i have to agree with people that speak in supprt of israel. israel has nothing to fear from iran. also i think both are making a strategic mistake. they should talk in private and will come to understand and respect each others position. they can easily become friends again and together they can make the ME the most prosperous place on earth. an economic zone that expands from iran to israel can be one of the most powerful economic zones in the world. much more powerful than eureo
Israel certainly can not win a major war. They can inflict serious damage to their opponent(s), but they do not have the long term resources to win. The million dollar question is how would Iran handle this? Would they sit idle while being bombed by Israel or would they push back? In a scenario where Iran went into Israel, the US would absolutely positively 100% have to get involved. That is where things would get ugly and potentially turn into something much bigger. This is the kind of thing that could actually spark WW3. So those of you out there cheerleading for Israel to strike need to think of the potential consequences of that.
Nope, you are wrong. Israel started war and stated what they want to acomplish with it and they failed to acomplish stated objectives so it was failure. How would you call not acomlishing your stated goals? Success? lol and you are talking about 12 yo kids posting... Seriously. Which army acadaemy did you managed to finish?
Apparantly... some people can still say that I am wrong, and even provide very "convincing" arguments and reason to support their claim. Such as: "How would you call not acomlishing your stated goals? Success?" .... So if the stated goal of my previous research was to determine the width of the magnetic layer in nanometric thin layers highly oriented pyrolithic graphite (HOPG), and I didn't manage to, but in the same research I manage to decipher the nature of the magnetic ordering, the order parameter, the relevant ordering temperatures, and even the dependence of the macroscopic magnetization on temperature, our "genius" here moreplayerz.com will have to conclude that I can not call my research a success because I have not accomplished my stated goals Even if I say that 10 other papers already cited my "non-successful" research, I guess that wouldn't impress him either. Stupidity par excellence.
