Can´t be the reason is that if those lines put in the context, it won´t sound too bad and it will be just another meaningless rhetoric that politicians make? Even in the cherry picked lines, he doesn´t speak of an attack or destruction of Israel but uses the word vanish. Doesn´t many politicians use the same language that illiteracy, hunger, homelessness one day will vanish? Certainly they don´t mean that they will nuke hunger?
