ir35 investigations are on the rise?

    They keep saying ir35 investigations are on the rise, but has anyone here actually been called out by the HRMC?
    Just been reading this ir35 guide and I can't see why there would be a sudden witch hunt.
    Or can you be within ir35 if you're a sole trader?
