Did you select a website template? You just insert the code in the php file into a section where you want the proxy to appear. I'm pretty tight for time but if you've selected a template maybe I can help you out and then send you the files.
I have no idea where the templates are. I'm looking through the hosting control panel. It has settings, content, databases, and web stats, with subgroups in each.
No, I meant a template from that Website I linked to earlier. If you just want to throw the proxy on your server all you need to do is upload the files listed in the Readme file to your server. You need an FTP client to transfer the files. If you're not sure what your username/password is you should email godaddy.

Ah I have decided to change my template. I have made a little progress with the cosmetics. I worked with both the index html and the styles.css but I'm having a little trouble with the proxyphp coding. Not exactly sure where to go next.
