The total sum that all of my sub accounts spend per year is over 1,000,000. These accounts experience a severe fraudulent behavior (click fraud). Currently I am running a log file that provides me with all the IP’S that generates invalid clicks, but unfortunately each campaign IP exclusion tool is limited to only 20 IP’S. I contacted Google’s customer support by phone and asked if there is any other way to exclude more than 20 ip’s, since that I have already reached this limit and this is the answer I just got: Stating from Google’s rep reply: “At this time, the only option to exclude IP addresses is to continue using our IP exclusion tool. Also, if you are continuing to be concerned with the invalid clicks, your option is to continue filing for the investigations.†The bottom line is that Google’s solution to this severe problem is that THERE IS NO SOLUTION and the fact that these humongous amounts of money are being spent on fraudulent behavior is O.k! At this point I am very frustrated, this is why I am writing this e-mail and ANY prompt assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.
