I just wanted you all to know Ipower.com has the worst customer support! It took me two hours on the phone and still no response! I emailed them..no response and everytime I tried to go to their live help, they said there was a network shortage...for two weeks! I finally got a hold of them and they promised me a refund today and my account deleted. Well the account is deleted but Paypal is not refunded AS THEY SAID! I tried to do a claim and they still did not reply to it. Paypal refused to refund my money and just..GRRR!!!!! Do not host on ipower.com Just a heads up!
