they're such an pain in the ....you know where!

I bought a domain name from them last sunday only to find out today that the domain name was registered through domaindoorman. it was snatched somehow and the tech support can't give me a clear explanation because they sent me an account setup notification. One of the tech guys advised me to just neglect the email. Hello!!!! I own that domain and they just threw it away! Aaaaaaarrrrggggh!!!!!!

It will be really painful. Because: they use their own interface for the registered domains (a way of forcing their hosting services to domain owners). But they are not ICAN accredited domain registrar, so they are resellers of OPENSRS. So you need to use the interface of OPENSRS for any operation with your domain registered by ipower.com

That's the problem with iPower: you find a great domain name, they make you waste your time filling in a form that requires your credit card information just to receive an email saying that you need to fax documents before they can actually register your domain.

During the process, that take ages to be completed, anyone can register the name because they do nothing to pre-register, at least, your domain :/
