    ipodlounge is a popular site.. which actually monetizes off affiliates and ads.. (They're an ipod resource sites) and there are no TM issues that I'm aware of.

    I would have to say mid XX since it has SEO potential (it's also a highly popular keyword)

    Well the domain itself is a great start SEO wise, the next part would be to optimize the content and site for that keyword :p but it does take time if you've got the perserverance for it.
