    I am currently looking to sell my website that I have been working on since November 20th, 2011. The site is about the iPod / iPhone and problems which users who own Apple devices may run into while owning their iPod / iPhone. The site runs using the WordPress content management system and has a premade theme which has been customized to suit the niche. All content on the site is 100% unique and has been search engine optimized so that is gets decent organic traffic. At the moment the site receives 75-150 unique visitors a day with about 10 minutes of work and averages around $1 a day or $30 a month.

    The price I am aiming for with this site is $140 which is less than 7x the revenue monthly... but I am willing to negotiate the price for the right buyer. I need to sell this site tonight because I have some bills to pay and need it immediately. I am looking for serious buyers who are not here to waste time.

    Also I have proof for traffic stats using Google Analytic and revenue from Google Adsense.

    How did this site do in the Google Panda update? Did it drop like a few sites did that I know about of other members or did it continue to go up? If it dropped, did you promote it a lot to help with making sure that it got traffic going or was it just ongoing organic traffic regardless? Looks like a decent website.
