    nope none whatsoever as far as i'm aware.

    one ipod selling website recently sold for over $600 dollars i believe. for an example website, please check http://www.theipodstore.com/

    i reckon if it were apple there would be an issue, but these domain names imply ipod sellers and discussion, not that the domain owner manufactures ipods or owns ipod copyrights.

    I have an Apple Store Affiliate account, and iTunes, and the only thing I have noticed mentioned is keywords around, "Apple", "Apple Store" and "store.apple.com".
    I believe they own all of the "ipod" domains that they care about.
