    The header isn't bad but it needs some work.

    I don't see a strong logo that will create your brand.

    When loaded I see way too many ads. I see 3 ad units and a search box and no real content. I think this could turn off a lot of people and they will leave your site.

    The content looks much better. I would suggest that if you can go for a nice domain name (that is free of the blogspot.com) a custom Wordpress theme, and you should be set.
