This was a new project for me, but I lost interest quickly. The domain is registered through NameCheap and expires February 29, 2013.

Quick sale hopefully. The forum software is phpBB 3. PayPal verified.

Also, the bandwidth issue was fixed. Somehow that accounts bandwidth was rest to only 1 MB, haha!

There is no problem, as long as you don't "act" like an Apple company, sell apple items. Also must put in the copyright that "This site is not affiliated with Apple, iPhone, or any iDevices, etc etc"

There's hundreds of iPhone websites/forums. Apple is not going after them. Dont sell apple products and you'll be fine.
