We are selling it because we have other websites which are growing even more faster and need our attention.

    Not copyright infringement but rather trademark. And yes, apple may ask you to change the name or they will just move to have the domain transferred to them. The reality is tho that it's highly unlikely they will do anything in this case unless they started to go after the jailbreak community.
