    Iphone Joke:

"It’s the year 2007, and the first generation iPhone has been released. It retails for $600. So a guy buys an iPhone and asks his friend what the ‘i’ stands for in iPhone. The guy replies, “Well, if you paid $600 for that, then the i stands for idiot.”

    P.S: I hope I won't offend anyone.

NO! iPhones have transformed business. I thought that as well before I got one, but they seriously are incredible, and far better than anything else in their range. (although $600 is a bit much) at least they dont cost that much anymore

I can understand the Mac VS PC thing, and I am totally on the PC side (but I don't have anything against Mac users, and want to get a Macbook myself), but the iPhone is far better than ANY competition. I don't have an iPhone, I have an iPod Touch, but it exceeds all of my expectations. Battery life, learning curve, touchscreen accuracy (once you get used to it you never miss something), all the apps are brilliant. A few times I have been on my iPod Touch, gone to get something to eat or to have a pee, and then came back and looked for the laptop, thinking 'I was just on it!'. Then I realise I was actually on my iPod touch.. you become totally immersed and you don't feel like you are using a mobile device. I don't, atleast.

Well I paid 600$ for it but it ran fine for the past 2 years.
If I had to buy some other phone I would have ended up in buying one phone a year so that's about the same price.

    Nice joke though :)

Saruma, try one before you make your mind up. Even though I was expecting a lot from mine, it has many more features and is much better than I thought. Well, mine is an iPod Touch, which is alot cheaper too - so if you don't mind having a seperate device as a phone, it's a good choice.
