Iphone was programmed on which language?

    Hi Guys,

    Today i met one person from Apple Computers in Online and he asked me this question. I never bother about this stuff, so i couldn't replied back. But i just want to know about the language they used to built that amazing iphone.:)

    I would imaging it would be based on Linux and be coded in C or C++, however I don't know if that is the case.

    Please refer "Linux for you" magazine last month. Kunal Deo from Sun Micro systems wrote an article on iphone. Please refer to that magazine.
