    Following my stupidity of spending too much over the Christmas period, its time that i looked to sell of the sites which i own in order to be able to cover some of those presents that should have stayed well within the store!

    I'm selling www.iPhone5world.com, a website that is still very young but is moving through the rankings like no other site that i have created before and unlike some of the sales threads that claim that, these are key words that are actually searched for.

    Here are some image insights into the site so that you can get a full picture of what the site is doing at this moment in time:

    Traffic
    Earnings
    Search Engine Ranking

    The site has been created on Wordpress, meaning that adding to the site is as easy as can be, so even if this is your first project, it will be easy to operate.

    Just to feed you a little information surrounding the price, it is worked on the fact that the £2.22 evidence image x 52 weeks = £115 so i have converted that into USD and the price should be $180 on present earnings...

    And a few final points that should answer a number of the questions i expect to follow:

    1. No the site is not auto, i write the content myself.
    2. I will move the site if you require that but remember that it takes a few days for the domain name servers to alter.
    3. Domain is at Godaddy and will be pushed on payment.
    4. All image proofs were taken at the time of posting so they are correct to that point.

    Hi. Just to explain my questions and possible bid, my thoughts on the right price:

    1> The earnings is based on just 1 week, instead of for example 8 weeks. So we cannot asume it will be a steady income. Could be this amount because it is a new site or because a nice high CPC campaign was running. So it is not sure yet.
    2> Who says you can use 52 times income to determine the right price? Is this standard?
    3> Since it is not an automated site, and it is not zero maintenance site... the site will require time invested in it. If not maintained the income will probably soon drop to 0 dollars. Correct? So I cannot just sit back and look at the 2 pounds getting into my account each week :)

    So my question is: do you have more income proof / information? Or just the 1 week? We have some more weeks since the posting of this advert. So possibly you can show if the income was continued?

    And where are the current visitors comming from? Search engines? Social Media?
