Can you prove the traffic is from search engines? Can you put analytics up there today and show me data in next 2-3 days. My worry is when I search those keywords on Google you are nowhere to be found. How can you get traffic?

Thats the screenshot of traffic from the search engines. (IDK if its google) it could be bing and yahoo, it doesn't tell me.

I don't use google analytics. That gives them permission to see everything you do and to me thats a mistake.

These stats are accurate and 100% real.

They are just as good and honestly even better then GA because they are directly tracked on the server. GA can miss some if the site is ever down or has a burp. This stats still counts those and shows you the error page (if there was one). I use it on over 80 sites and they are very accurate. Plus u can see the pageviews via the adsense screenshot.

Its basically the same thing.

 

I am afraid I cannot make a decision unless I see the referring websites. I am not asking you to have GA forever. Just put it there for 2 days and take it off. If you can't do that I doubt anyone will trust your data. GA is the norm here at DP.

 

Friend. I have been on DP for years and have sold many sites. Im afraid if you do not understand the risk id be taking putting GA on my site as I am an SEO then you just are not the right buyer. The adsense screenshot shows the pageviews (that is the same thing as GA).

 

Since you are now into technicalities let me ask you that with the following specs will you buy a site?

You are selling a site for $800. You are telling me all searches (most of at least) are from search engines. You do not have a single link on Google on the first 20 pages for any of the keywords you have shown. Show me if you do. Your alexa ranking is almost 2 Million. Your CTR is 20%+. The whole world uses Google Analytics, you have a problem with that. You do not show me a single proof that the traffic was referred by a search engine. You want me to give you $800 and assume you are telling the truth. On top of that you are saying I have no reason to be skeptical about this. Well, I guess if that makes me a bad buyer, I don't think I will be buying this site.

 

I never said you were a bad buyer. Only that I am unwilling to use GA cuz google is the devil and I hate them.

Whoever does buy the site is getting a winner as I am selling much cheaper then sites usually sell for. $700 instead of the norm 10-16 times monthly revenue im selling for half its worth. I bought this site myself off DP, did some tweaks and BAMB making money out the kazoo.

So im gonna say I know my bizz.

 

yea golink is right, for adsense site dont use GA otherwise you have to do very hard work for that much of earning

Its true, alexa is a poor measurement.

All the data and traffic provided above is accurate and this site is still making me money.

Can't wait to give it to a new owner who will have time for it.
