    I have booked a domain name iphone.pk .........is it alright to have a website under this domain due to the copyright of Apple iPhone????

    The word iPhone is trademarked I believe so Apple could sue you/take the domain from you.

    You should try and sell it to apple. Think about how much they bought ipod.com for, I recall it being a 6 digit payment.

    He can't sell it to Apple if he registered the domain name after Apple had trademarked the name.
    Apple can sue and get the domain name.

    if you registered the domain before they came with the TM they can`t touch you. of course you must not run a site with their TM products

    that's probably because they TM'ed it after that domain already existed.
