IPHONE OWNERS: Do you like 2G or 3G Iphone?

I have the 2G iphone, and i am very happy with it... But due to alot of features and programs releasing for 3G, i think i am going to sell my current iphone and get 3g.

Do you think its worth my time and money on getting a 3G?

    Thanks.

I have the 3g and love it but I've never had a 2g. Do you live in an area that has 3G network coverage?

I like Apples 3G iphone. This iphone has 3G wireless technology, GPS mapping, support for enterprise features like Microsoft Exchange and price is half the iphone. It also like the original iPhone that combines three products in one — a revolutionary phone, a widescreen iPod, and a breakthrough Internet device with rich HTML email and a desktop-class web browser.

Yup, only jailbreak is available on 3G. You can use magic SIM cards to unlock it though, but they don't give a hundred percent guarantee.

    I love my 2G! :)

So what are they selling on ebay that say that the phone can be used anywhere in the world?

Up until the latest update, the 2G phone was much more stable. Even with the apps, 3G, and GPS, I would've preferred to have the 2G pre-2.0 software.

Since the newest update, however, I'm really liking the 3G. Its stable, apps function well, installation and deletion of apps is breeze (compared to the disaster it was before), battery life is better, and 3G speeds are improving. I'm anxiously awaiting 2.2 which is apparently in beta testing right now.

iv got both the 3g adn 2g i would reccommend the 3g for its speed and the fact that here in the uk it costs £99 to upgrade from the 2g to 3g on O2 so .. :p + im sure you can find a m8 to buy the 2g for £99 + when the current 8gb 3g is £350 ish on pay as you go lol :p
